Morfabrication Ltd – metalwork specialists, based in Gateshead, Newcastle, working with large commercial brands and retailers to meet a wide range of steel fabrication requirements.
The Project
Providing Morfabrication Ltd with the initial designs, the Barbour project consisted of a large bespoke shelving unit to support one of the brand’s high-profile pop-up shops.
This particular unit included two clothing rails, two stands, and a mannequin stand, with the requirement for retail staff to also have the ability to insert rails at various heights, depending on requirements.
The strong steel structure ensures the unit can carry the weight, supporting and holding various items, and the entire frame and unit were powder coated to Barbour’s brand colours with the brand logo carefully placed onto the metalwork.
With a scheduled turnaround time of 3 weeks, this unit was manufactured as a modular system, making it easy to transport, assemble, and dissemble as and when needed.
