New premises support Morfabrication continued growth

Professional steel specialists and metal fabricators Morfabrication Ltd has placed significant investment in the growth of the company by signing a 4-year lease on new, larger premises in Tyne and Wear Newcastle, a move which will complement the company’s future ambitions and strategic direction.

Morfabrication Ltd works with designers, architects, shop fitters, retail units,  and commercial premises, throughout the UK. Now, with the addition of 3,500 square feet of extra space, Morfabrication continues to go from strength to strength, confirming its position as one of the leading metal fabricators in the North.

Morfabrication was founded in 2013 and has worked with the likes of Tortilla, Junction 32, Barbour, and more over this time. Working on a wide range of specialist steel projects, projects that have ranged from wrought iron and balustrade staircases to Corten seated planters, and most recently, Apertura 1900, an incredibly unique design by artists Ed Carter, Nick Kirk, and Tony Broomhead.

The move to larger premises sees the investment Morfabrication is committed to making towards the company’s future growth, cementing its position within the Northeast. Morfabrication is now on track to deliver more bespoke services to its customers, add to its existing team, and grow its headcount.

David Morland, Managing Director at Morfabrication Ltd, said: “Staying in the Northeast was always our mission, and finding new premises in Tyne and Wear that allows us to better meet our customers’ needs has been a great opportunity. Moving is a stressful time for any business; however, the team at Morfab is excited about the direction the company is heading. I’m looking forward to continuing to push our vision and values as a company as we continue to our next stage of growth.”

Morfabrication is a family-run business with a core purpose “to develop innovative metal works solutions that are purposeful and of the highest possible quality.”

Their new premises can be found at Unit 20-22 Brindley Road, Hertburn Industrial Estate, Washington, Tyne and Wear, and if you would like to contact a team member, call 0191 816 2718  or email info@morfabrication.com.
